1. Returns : You have 2 days from receipt of your order to return unopened items in their original condition.
2. Refunds : Once the items have been returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, provided the return conditions are met.

4. Non-refundable items : Sale or personalized items are non-refundable.
